The Company has a network of highly skilled professional specialist practitioners, who have extensive global experience.
Mrs. Sheila Walker
BA (Hons), Cert. HEd, FRSA
Managing Director
Sheila Walker has over 40 years of experience, expertise and knowledge in business, Early Years, Further Education and the Arts. She set up and operated successful businesses; has practised and advised in the Early Years and Further Education in local and national government organisations. She has trained all ages in Performing Arts in the theatrical and academic sectors. She has considerable knowledge and experience in business management, personal and career development training and is recognised as a business leader and mentor.
She has been a frequent visitor to China for over 10 years and set up an Early Years Learning Centre in 2017. She is widely travelled and has a large network of worldwide business contacts and partners.
She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Mr. Mike Carter
BSc (Hons), PGCE, RSA Dip, MA Ed (Res)
Operations Director
Mike Carter has over 30 years of experience as an Education Adviser and teacher. He is a University Lecturer of trainee teachers in North East England. He is also an acknowledged trainer in the use of educational digital
technologies, including Physical Computing, Tangible Coding and STEM solutions.

He is a Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) Ambassador and trainer in safeguarding and online safety. He is a former Professional Conduct Panellist/Chair for the Department of Education Teacher Regulations Agency (TRA).

Mike has also set up and managed several successful education businesses in the UK.
