China Visit 2016

Hangzhou Kai Yuan State School

Hangzhou is the capital city of the Zhejiang province of China. During the visit we met with the English tutor and Vice Principal of the Hangzhou Kai Yuan State School. Here, work was done to look towards potential exchange visits between China and the UK which would lead to great cultural and learning exchanges for British students and Chinese students alike.

Jinhua and E-Bikes

​ We had an interesting visit to a factory in Jinhua to look at the latest development and manufacture of lightweight, folding electric bikes. Our interest was about the economic, environmental and health benefits of the e-bikes.

Shanghai

While we were in Shanghai we carried out several presentations and meetings discussing Boarding Schools, British Etiquette and upcoming British robotic teaching aides for children.

These presentations and meetings gave the Chinese and Chinese investors a deeper insight and understanding into British Culture and education, opening up new opportunities for trade, investment and exchanges between countries.
